HOW TO ORDER

Paying with a credit card: I use a secure way of quick payment through PayPal and a shopping cart system to process all major credit card transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase your jewelry. Simply add your item to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button, and when you are done shopping click “Checkout” and follow the steps to purchase your jewelry. If you do have a PayPal account, you will then have the option to log in. All others will have the option to use their credit card for a one-time payment. Using a PayPal to pay with your credit card is free, even if you do not have an account.

Paying with a check: If you are paying with a personal check, please send me an e-mail of the item(s) you would like to purchase along with the address to which you would like your order to be mailed. Once the order is placed, I will e-mail you with an address to send the check to. I will then place your item on hold until the check has cleared. Please make your check out to Morgen Barrett.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

If the jewelry you are ordering is available, it will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment confirmation has been received. All prior history that has been established may ship sooner. Since most items are one-of-a-kind, an item may no longer be available due to a previous sale. I will then contact you and we can discuss options for a similar piece to be created. To keep shipping costs low, I will ship via U.S.P.S. from Portland, Oregon. For an additional charge, you may have your item(s) shipped priority mail, Federal Express, UPS, or special 1-day or 2-day services. Please e-mail me at the time of the order and let me know if you prefer an alternative or customized shipping method. I will then e-mail you back with the additional cost of your order. All large orders (over 1 pound) will be shipped Priority Mail. Shipping and Insurance fees will be paid by the customer and are individually calculated based on the total amount of your order. (Continental USA Only)

If your purchase is a gift, and you would like the item placed in a gift box, please e-mail me to let me know. If you would like the item(s) shipped directly to the recipient(s), please include the recipient’s information along with the correct jewelry item being sent to them. Sorry, no international orders at this time.

SALES TAX

There is no sales tax added to orders, as all jewelry is created and sold from Oregon.

GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

I strive to create quality jewelry for my customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may make an exchange within 30 days of the purchase. With the proper care and use, your jewelry should last you a long time. If the jewelry fails and I determine that it was due to faulty components or my craftsmanship, I will repair your jewelry free of charge within 6 months of the original purchase date.
